Meditation Teacher Training
August 2023 – April 2024
Each year, we guide one small group of dedicated students, on our 9 month Meditation Teacher Training Program.  A deep, immersive personal growth journey, where students graduate as fully qualified Sattva Meditation Teachers.

The program is designed to be woven into your life (work, study, family commitments etc) as you learn, embed and integrate the teachings on a personal level (mind, body, spirit).
Is it your calling to support others on their evolutionary journey?
The Sattva Life Meditation Teacher Training is a deep exploration of the vast body of knowledge from the Yog-Vedantic tradition. The curriculum is designed to ensure the highest standard of graduates who are fully equipped to teach Sattva Meditation Courses (primary focus) together with Breathwork, Kriya & transformative 1:1 mentoring.

While the knowledge of how to teach the ancient technique of meditation in modern times is crucial, the most important aspect of the course is your personal spiritual development, for your state of consciousness is your power to teach.
What is Sattva Meditation?
Sattva Meditation is an initiated personal mantra meditation technique (effortless transcendence). Sattva Meditation Teachers instruct students to become self-sufficient and self-empowered meditators over 4 consecutive 90 minute sessions.
On completion of The Sattva Life Meditation Teacher Training you will be fully equipped to teach:
- Sattva Meditation Courses (initiated personal Mantra technique in a deep wisdom course taught over 4 x 90minute sessions)
